AUDIO/VISUAL EQUIPMENT

A laptop computer (PC), projector and screen will be available for your PowerPoint presentations.

TRAVEL

All speakers are responsible for making their own travel and lodging arrangements for the Texas Tree Conference. The conference hotel is the Waco Hilton adjacent to the Convention Center.

REIMBURSEMENT/STIPENDS

If required and approved, ISAT will pay all travel expenses, meals and two nights lodging at the Waco Hilton. Airfare will be for coach travel. Any stipends and/or fees must be approved in writing in advance by Gary O'Neil, the 2023 Conference Chair ([email protected]). An ISAT reimbursement form showing all receipts is required if there is a payment. 

HANDOUTS

Any handouts for distribution to conference attendees are the responsibility of the speaker. We can post your handouts to our ISAT website or to the conference app if you prefer.
