Stop The Bleed, First Aid & Crew Leader Development Training

Thursday, May 15th, 2025

A crew leader plays a pivotal role in any tree care operation. They are responsible for ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of quality, directly shaping the company's reputation. The leadership style and skill of a crew leader impacts safety, productivity, team morale, and overall job satisfaction.

While technical skills are essential, many crew leaders lack formal training in the "soft skills" required to effectively manage personnel, handle conflicts, and inspire high performance. Strong leadership is not just about getting the job done—it’s about motivating teams, fostering a culture of safety, and driving excellence.

Join us for a highly interactive, hands-on training designed to strengthen both emergency response skills and leadership capabilities. Through engaging discussions, real-world scenarios, and exercises, participants will gain practical tools to tackle common challenges on the job while developing a confident, effective leadership style.

Who Should Attend?
